Vehicle Selection

We will guide you in selection of a vehicle that fits your requirements. There are several thousand vehicles on sale in the auctions at any one time hence you will have ample variety to choose from. We will also guide you on how to check the condition of a car via use of the auction sheet. The cost of a car will greatly depend on its condition as appearing in its auction sheet

Purchase of Vehicle in Japan

We ensure a smooth and reliable process for purchasing vehicles directly from Japan. With access to trusted suppliers and auctions, we guarantee high-quality vehicles that meet your specifications and budget

Inspection and Deregistration

Once your bid is successful, we arrange for JAAI/JEVIC inspection to ensure the vehicle meets quality and compliance standards. Following the inspection, the car is deregistered in Japan. This entire process typically takes around two weeks, ensuring a smooth transition to the next step

Shipping and Arrival

Vehicle is shipped approx. 15 days after successful purchase in Japan upon LC verification. After departure in Japan, vessel will take approx. 15 days to dock in the port of Hambanthota. We will send our customers copies of import documents (Bill of lading, Inspection certificate and odometer verification certificate) a few days after departure of the vessel from Japan.

Clearing and Registration

Once the car arrives in the port of Hambanthota, we will arrange for its port clearance and registration through our dedicated clearing agents, we will ensure that your car is cleared in the shortest time possible. The clearing process will take an average of 3 working days.

Vehicle delivery

Once car has been cleared in Hambanthota, we shall deliver the vehicle to you as per agreement. If your vehicle is financed via bank loan, we will deliver the car to your after your bank has processed the loan. Most banks take an average of about 4 days to process a car loan.

HOW TO UNDERSTAND THE JAPANESE AUCTION SHEET

An auction sheet is a document filled by a vehicle inspector as they inspect a car in a Japanese auction.The document describes in detail the condition of the car, its options, accessories and any defects.The auction sheet is therefore a very important document and greatly determines the cost of the vehicle. Japanese auction inspection officers are very objective in their reporting on the car condition so as to uphold high trust and credibility for the dealers/auctions system. What is the grading system used at Japanese auction houses? Different auctions may have their own, individual car assessment systems but most auction houses have adopted below estimates:
